This afternoon, Larkin and Logan, their parents, and grandparents went out to weigh the pig, check the cows, and take a tour of Marvin, sr.'s new piece of land. The cows didn't know what to make of the Hyundai, Precious the pig doesn't weigh enough yet, and the property looks good. Now, it's on to Aunt Mary's for cards and fireworks to ring in 2014.
Larkin told her dad and grandpa that their Christmas decorations are silly.
Logan has started army crawling all over the place the past couple of days. She is officially in to everything...cabinets, boxes, Larkin's toys, animal crackers...
It's not quite as big as the record - breaking gingerbread house in Bryan, TX built this year (http://www.traditionsclub.com/club/scripts/library/view_document.asp?DN=GHOUSE&NS=GBH), but we're betting our designers were cuter.
Larkin, Logan, and Bailey had a blast at the zoo today. Larkin squealed with glee at the anteater, the tiger and her cubs, the elephant, the zebras, and a big pig/deer like thing. She also got to ride a train, where, according to the report she gave her grandparents, she crossed over two bridges and ate two whole bags of fruit snacks. She had so much fun that she threw the biggest tantrum she's ever had when it was time to leave and then promptly fell asleep when the car started moving.
